The Clay County PALS recently received a 2024 annual grant gift from the United Way of Spencer, Iowa. This year, we received our full financial request, as well as an additional gift made by a benevolent United Way benefactor who pledged extra funds this year. PALS was fortunate to be selected as one of the recipients of this ‘extra’ gift. The additional funds will be used to provide healthy meals for the mentees during our monthly group events. No one returns home hungry after a PALS event!
