Ditch Clean-Up Day 2021

The Clay County PALS and members of the Board of Directors spent a beautiful spring day in Spencer cleaning up the ditch along Highway 71. We celebrated at Monterray’s Mexican Restaurant – compliments of the $10 bill found in the ditch … and a little more provided by our United Way funds!
