Funds to be used for ‘Self Care Fun Days on Sundays’
The Clay County PALS were the recipients of a generous holiday gift from Farmers Trust and Savings Bank of Spencer during their holiday Twelves Days of Giveaways. Former PAL Mentor and supporter Kathy Broderson nominated PALS for the community gift of $200, which will be used to offset expenses incurred for the PALS “Self Care Fun Days on Sundays’. The first event will be held February 23 at 3 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church and provide the mentees fun learning opportunities about good hygiene practices.
