Youngster joined Clay County PALS as third grader
This spring marked our second year of helping one of our Clay County PALS’ families host their child’s high school graduation party.
Chris Rambow graduated from Spencer High School in May 2025. He was a PAL matched with Mentor Eric Erickson since third grade. These two have enjoyed many fun adventures together through PALS. One of their favorite spots to visit included camping at Dog Creek Park near Sutherland.
It was a joy for the PALS Board to witness yet another PAL receive his high school diploma. The PALS mentees were also invited to attend the graduation party and were reminded the importance of completing school. Members of the PALS Board of Directors including Kay Lamport, Sue Stevenson, Becky Prentice, Sam Shriner and Susan Christensen assisted in serving at the party, which was held in the community room at Stoney Brook Clubhouse in Spencer.
Chris’ post-graduate plans include working construction in another state. The Clay County PALS are eager to hear more about Chris’ future successes in life.
